Duane Chapman better known as “Dog The Bounty Hunter” on the A and E channel has lost his battle to be extradited to Mexico. He can still appeal the decision which stems from the arrest of convicted rapist and Max Factor heir Andrew Luster in 2003 in Puerto Vallarta. The news surrounding the arrest got him press at the time which lead to him getting the television series. He is being charged with kidnapping because bounty hunting isn’t recognized in Mexico and is free on $300,000 bail. He could receive up to four years in jail so i hope he gets it worked out.
