On Black Friday November 24th QVC the television shopping channel celebrated its 20th birthday. The channel has shipped close to a billion packages to 35 million customers since its debut in 1986. The channel now reaches 90 million homes in the United States and another 70 million in Japan, Germany and the United Kingdom.
