When NBC got its NFL contract for NFL football on Sunday nights it negotiated in a clause where it can switch games from Sunday afternoon to Sunday night. The first game to be switched is this weekends Chicago Bears at New York Giants. Now NBC has used that clause again and will switch the November 19th game of the San Diego Chargers at the Denver Broncos from an afternoon game to a 8:15pm EST start. This flexible schedule in the NBC contract is a big plus for them and it means they can switch games with the best match ups to its broadcast.
