ABC’s “World News” with Charles Gibson has taken number one in the evening new ratings for the first time since Charles Gibson became host. Last week the show took the top spot from NBC’s “Nightly News” with Brian Williams. Third place “CBS Evening News” also had good news as last week it had its highest ratings since Katie Couric took over.
