After the recent announcement of the hiring of Paul Wight (Big Show WWE) the was also an announcement about him co hosting a new AEW show. The new show available for free on the AEW YouTube channel is called AEW Dark Elevation on which Tony Schiavone doing commentary with Paul Wight doing the color commentary.
Paul Wight is also planning to be a in ring competitor as well as a commentator so he is likely to be a lot busier than if he had stayed at the WWE where he was for 20 years.
The more show promises to be different than AEW Dark as it plans to focus on the personal backgrounds of the competitors. I hope that doesn’t mean long video packages about each competitors background before each event and, instead means each week they will focus on a particular wrestler.
The show will premiere tonight and then be on live every Monday at 7pm ET but as its YouTube you will be able to watch past episodes.
