Battlestar Galactica Snubbed By Emmys?

One of my favorite shows Battlestar Galactica on the Sci-Fi channel in my opinion was snubbed by the nomination commitee of The 58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. The show got three nominations for costume design, single camera sound mixing and special effects. The show didn’t get any nominations for acting or writing which I think is a shame because in both categories this show excels. The fact that the show is not your conventional drama and also the fact it is on Sci-Fi which the older members may not watch, hurt the shows chances with nomination commitee voters.
