Ilan Hall Is "Top Chef" On Bravo

In last nights finale of Bravo’s “Top Chef,” Ilan Hall a 24 year old from New York was proclaimed the winner. Ilan beat out 14 other aspiring chefs to win the title Top Chef as well as $100,000 in cash and other prizes.
