Tonight Jerry Lewis guest stars on “Law & Order Special Victims Unit” at 10pm on NBC. He is playing Munch’s (Richard Belzer) homeless uncle who is the main subject in a double rape-homicide. “Law & Order Special Victims Unit” is a well written and acted show and after a strong episode last week this one is worth a look.
