Comcast has renamed their cable network OLN with a new name, the new name is Versus. OLN or Outdoor Life Network was a channel which was known for its hunting and fishing shows. The name was licensed from the Outdoor Life Magazine which has similar content. Over the last year the channel has evolved with new programming such as the NHL and reruns of such shows as Survivor and the Amazing Race. I guess the old name didn’t fit quite so well but Comcast is qucik to point out that the old hunting and fishing shows will continue to be apart of the channel.
